Delete your account

You can delete your Small Hours account and all of your data at any time. There are two ways to do it: directly inside the app, or by sending us a request if you can no longer open the app.

Delete your account inside the app

This is the fastest way and takes effect immediately.

  1. Open the Small Hours app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is then permanently deleted, and you are signed out on all devices.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email us from the address linked to your account at hello@smallhours.app with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify your request and delete your account within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile and all content tied to it, including:

  • your account and login details;
  • your baby profile and weight records;
  • your journal entries and any photos you uploaded;
  • your care and medical notes, appointments, and milestones;
  • the messages you posted in your family thread.

This action cannot be undone. If you would like a copy of your journal first, please save it before deleting your account.

Data retention

We delete your data when your account is deleted. We may retain a limited amount of information only where we are required to by law, and only for as long as the law requires.
